Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • a few fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 date
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Ice
