Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 serve coffee (instant, machine etc)
  • 1 tbsp. nut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve.
