Ingredients

  • 200g Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 40g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp. sweetener
  • 25g desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the desiccated coconut.

2. Freeze for ½ hour until set

3. Rollinto 30g balls and roll in the coconut.

4. Store in the freezer.
