Ingredients

  • 200g lower carb Vetta flour or oat flour
  • 30g protein powder
  • 1/4 cup natvia sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 70g nutelex or light butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 100g greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup reduced sugar chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add in your dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in the eggs, milk, orange juice, zest, melted butter and yoghurt. Mizx well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a 6 whole muffin tin either greased or a silicone muffin pan.
  6. Oven bake for 20-25 minutes.
