Ingredients

  • 125g raw prawns
  • 1 x mission wrap (or similar)
  • 3 tbsp. tomato paste / passata or pizza sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 capsicum, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • handful rocket or baby spinach
  • 35g light mozzarella
  • optional: fresh chilli

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Finely slice the tomato, capsicum and onion.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the base of the wrap. Spread the garlic through the tomato sauce.
  4. Layer the prawns, baby spinach or rocket and vegetables.
  5. Top with the cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until prawns are cooked and pizza is crispy.
