Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla or caramel protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp. sugarfree maple syrup
  • 1/3 dropper caramel stevia drops OR 2 dates (adding the dates will add more sugar to the nutritional information)
  • pinch pink salt
  • almond milk
  • ice
