Hi, I'm Georgia.
I developed a passion for nutrition and eating well when I was younger after getting so confused by food and falling victim to an eating disorder. I wanted to learn how to nourish my body and stop punishing it. This passion turned into an urge to help others from experiencing what I did and also educating people correctly when it comes to food and nutrition.

I started sharing healthy recipes and information on my social media platforms which grew and I went on to study Human Nutrition and food science at university. I worked in sports nutrition whilst at uni for 7 years before starting my own business.

I aim to not only get results, but to help my clients improve their relationship with food and break free from the vicious dieting cycles. I take out the stress of eating by educating my clients when to eat and what to eat to reach their goals or feel better. The best part, you do not have to give up the foods you love and you’ll quickly realise that food is fuel, you do not need to starve or eat boring, bland food and that we need food to survive. Eating should be enjoyable and stress free.

I have helped 100’s of women and men, break free from diet culture, overhaul their bodies and their relationship with food.
