I aim to educate my clients and change their mindset around food, food should be enjoyable and stress free! I am anti ‘quick fix', I aim to encourage my clients to stop fearing foods or avoiding foods just to ‘lose weight’ and to ensure you LOVE the food your eating! They work until you get deprived, hit a plateau and give up or realise that you don’t want to forever be avoiding carbs having that constant battle between craving food and trying to say no!

The best ‘diet’ is the one you can stick to for the rest of your life. I will teach you how to hit your daily calories and to ensure you understand how to get enough vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and carbs into your diet with ease so that you can look and feel your best!

My aim is to help you implement small habits to improve your health, so that they eventually become life-long habits! I know that it’s far more sustainable to just get back to basics and not get caught up in all these passing fads and quick fixes! I don’t set anyone up to fail, I teach my clients to love food, apply new habits and thrive from nourishing food to help them meets their goals and energy requirements.
