I am busy, will the meal plans be easy to follow and prepare?
Yes, as the meal plans are 100% customised to each individual, you can request for the meals to be quick and easy, pre prepared, freezer friendly etc to make life easier for you.
I don’t want to cook separate meals to my family, how can I still follow the plan without having to do this?
This is easy, again as the meal plans are 100% customised to you, you can request family friendly meals or add to your food diary meals your family enjoy eating.
I am a fussy eater, can you cater to my needs?
Yes that is the best part, I listen to the foods you enjoy eating and don’t enjoy when creating the meal plans.
Do you cater for food intolerances?
Yes I sure do. I am happy to cater for intolerances or food allergies.
I work shift work and find it hard to eat regularly, can you work around this?
Yes! As the meal plan is 100% customised we can do it so that you are only eating when you have a break.
How do you know what’s best for me?
When you sign up, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out. I will also ask for further information if needed to ensure that you will see results and enjoy the process.
