Recreate a delicious takeaway burger that usually is packed full of calories and fat, with just as much taste!

Ingredients

  • Brioche bun ( I like the ones from Aldi)
  • 100g extra lean beef mince
  • 1/2 egg, whisked
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano and rosemary
  • Pink salt + black pepper
  • shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 12g special burger sauce
  • 25g light cheese
  • White onion, chopped (optional)
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Heat a non stick frypan over medium heat.
  2. Mix the egg, mince, dried herbs, salt and pepper together and roll into a ball. Put the patty on the pan and flatten it out. Cook for 8 minutes in total, turning regulary  until completely cooked through.
  3. Assemble your burger by layering the sauce, cheese, beef patty, onion, pickles and lettuce.
