This is a great alternative for those that cannot have oats as the Weet-bix used in this recipe are gluten-free. You could of course use any Weet-bix or even use oats if you would prefer. You can prepare it the night before so it is ready to go for those busy mornings.
1. In a container or dish, layer the crushed Weet-Bix. Mix together the protein powder and almond milk and pour over the weet-bix. Sprinkle over the sweetener.
2. Smooth over the yoghurt as the next layer.
3. Finally, top with the passionfruit and allow to set in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
