Ingredients

  • 2.5 weet-bix. crushed
  • 1/2 scoop protein mixed with 125ml almond milk
  • 1 tub chobani fit strawberry
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 8g noshu white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Layer the crushed weet-bix in a bowl or dish.
  2. Pour over the almond milk mixed with protein powder. Allow to set.
  3. Smooth over the yoghurt, top with the sliced strawberries.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top. (alternatively, scatter the choc chips over the top.)
  5. Allow to set in the fridge overnight.
